Pelvic Health & Awareness Series

This class offers a supportive and welcoming space to explore and care for your pelvic health. Whether you’ve experienced pelvic pain, leakage when laughing or sneezing, frequent urination, pregnancy or childbirth, prolapse, menopause, surgical recovery, lower back, hip, or groin discomfort, or pain during sex or tampon use—this series is thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your pelvis in a mindful and empowering way.

The primary focus is to guide you in understanding how your pelvic floor muscles can function with ease—learning to relax, release, and engage them with awareness. All movements are coordinated with breath practices to support functional strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.

What to Expect:

  • Weeks 1–3: Focus on Pelvic Floor Muscle Relaxation through somatic and yoga-based movements, breathwork, and visualization to cultivate awareness and ease in the pelvic region.

  • Weeks 3–5: Add gentle Pelvic Floor Muscle Engagement, integrating mindful movement, breath, and body awareness to build coordinated strength.

  • Weeks 6-to end: General practice together and a chance to dive deeper in questions and answers.

Each week includes a short, simple home practice to deepen your connection and progress with confidence.
