This multi-level Hatha class is intended for anyone who is familiar with the basic* foundations of the practice of yoga, regardless of body type, age, and fitness and activity levels.
Date: April 12, 2024 FREE trial classe, and series starts April 19.

Pain Care Aware Yoga:
Yoga for Persistent Pain Care
Spring 8-week Series
Traditional Yoga teachings and modern Pain Science as treatment for persistent pain.
Dates: Starting Wednesday April 17 - June 21 st ( no class may 15th)
Time: 11:45 am - 1:15 pm Eastern

Neuromuscular Adaptive Yoga Therapy
Spring 8-Week Series
These classes are intended and adapted for: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson, stroke, vestibular rehabilitation conditions, muscular dystrophy, concussion and more.
Dates: Starting Wednesday April 17 June 21 ( no class May 15th)
Time: 1:30 pm - 2:45 pm Eastern Time
