Healing Through Yoga Therapy: A Monthly Conversation & Practice
There comes a time when the body asks for ease,

These monthly sessions are designed as both learning and experience—a chance to explore how yoga therapy can support your healing journey. Each gathering will include:
An educational talk on a specific aspect of yoga therapy and its role in healing
Guided practices you can try and take home
Time for open questions and discussion so you can explore what matters most to you
Upcoming topics may include:
Calming the nervous system
Gentle strength for stability
Yoga for pain management
Practices for deep rest and renewal

Registration: To help everyone commit to their spot, we ask for a $10 deposit when you pre-register.
You’ll get it back at the session — we just find it helps keep our circle full and flowing.
